Designed and shipped a voice-first interview simulation module to help MBA students practice and refine HR answers in real time. The feature combined AI scoring, NLP-based feedback, and speech-to-text transcription to analyze user responses across common HR questions. Users could answer via mic, receive instant performance scores (e.g. 78/100), and view personalized feedback under tags like Missing Elements, Things You Should’ve Avoided, and Suggestions to Improve.
This feature doubled app engagement and enabled self-improvement without mentor dependency- pushing the product toward scalable, autonomous prep.
