Designed and iterated on over 200 screens and components across our resume builder and employability assessment platforms, using Mural for flow mapping and Figma for low-to-high fidelity designs. This included everything from workspace interactions and CEE registrations to dashboard states, modals, and edge cases for different user types.

The process began with user journey brainstorming and mind mapping to clarify pain points and identify conversion levers. Designs were tested and refined collaboratively across teams, ensuring a system that was scalable, intuitive, and dev-ready for both web and mobile use cases.
