Faster, Smarter Hiring

This project focused on building a recruiter-first job portal for CareerCarve, where every screen was designed to reduce friction in posting jobs, discovering talent, and managing interviews. With recruiters as our core users, we iterated across 10+ user flows and over 50 components- from eligibility filters and auto-generated JDs to curated candidate cards with CEE scores, skills, and past roles.
